TeeFury selects and offers two tees each day to sell at a discounted price. They are available for 24 hours only. In most cases, the Daily Tees move to the Gallery after the 24-hour discount sale and are available for sale at our regular price.
The Daily Tee designs change every night at midnight, Eastern Standard Time (that's 11 PM Central, 10 PM Mountain, and 9 PM Pacific). Transactions must be completed (paid for and submitted successfully) before the 24 hours is up for the Daily Tee price to apply.
A grab bag is a mystery tee. You pick the size and quantity of tees (one grab bag = one tee), we’ll send you a random design! Limited quantities are available. Unfortunately, we do not have control of the designs that will be sent (same designs may be included) and we are not able to accommodate any special requests with grab bag items (which also includes leaving out specific designs or subject matter). Please also keep in mind that purchase history is not taken into consideration when filling grab bag orders.

How do they fit? If you're not familiar with our tees, or if it's been a while since you last ordered from us, we recommend measuring a t-shirt you already own (laid flat) and comparing its measurements to our size chart to determine which fit and size will work best for you.

Allover prints are garments that have art printed all over them, literally all over the product, completely covered! Our artists make amazing art, so what better way to show it off than printing it all over a product?
These products are hand constructed here in sunny California! Manufactured 100% in the USA. When you place your order the product is printed, cut out and sewn together just for you. A custom product made from beginning to end in our facility. For this reason, we do require up to 10 business days for your order to be completed before shipping. That is an expensive process so unfortunately, the products cost more but they will also last for a very long time maintaining their vibrant and rich color very well.

To keep your TeeFury apparel looking and fitting its best, machine wash cold with like colors using a mild detergent. Hang or lay items flat to dry to avoid shrinking. We don't recommend trying to shrink your items.
Our team will do their best to work with you to resolve any problems or concerns with your order. If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact customer service within 14 days from date of delivery. Please include photos of the item as well as your preference for a replacement or exchange.
Items will only be eligible for a replacement if they fall into one of the following categories: defective shirt, poor-quality print, incorrect item, damaged in transit.
If we are not contacted within this 14-day time frame, a refund or replacement may not be issued.
The majority of our products are printed using Direct-To-Garment (DTG) printing. This process requires a liquid treatment application onto the tees that has a slight odor. This treatment allows the graphic to permanently stick to the fibers of your tee. This is very normal and industry standard. The smell will go away once the garment is washed; simply follow our care instructions.
Due to the custom printing and limited edition nature of our products, all sales are final. Please be sure to consult the size chart (available on all product pages for convenience) before purchasing to ensure that your item will fit correctly. If you need to make a change once your order has been submitted, please contact customer service immediately as we do not guarantee the ability to make changes or cancellations to existing orders.
The most common reason for a credit card being declined is information being entered incorrectly. Please confirm that all information submitted is an exact match for your credit card, including the billing address that your bank has on record for your card. If your still having problems or getting a declined message, please check the following items and steps:
Try contacting your bank or credit card provider.
If you recently received a new card with a chip, be sure to double-check the CVV code (usually a 3 digit number) on the back.
Check your credit card expiration date.
Make sure the information under the personal information matches the credit card name, address, postal code, etc.
Do not use any autofill settings as this can trigger an error.
Unfortunately, if you recently placed an order and we are now running a sale, we are not able to issue a refund for the change in price. Future sales/promotions cannot be applied to past orders.
Coupons can only be applied to an order during the time that the coupon is valid. Some coupons require you to be logged in to your customer account before the site will allow you to apply it to your order. Coupons must be entered by the customer at the time of checkout and we allow the use of one coupon per order. We are unable to apply or adjust coupons or promotional sales after an order is submitted.
If you missed a design when it was featured as one of our Daily Tees, you will need to purchase the item at full value if it is still available in our Tees section. Sadly, we cannot honor the Daily Tee price after the initial 24-hour sale is over.

If you have checked your spam folder and are still not seeing a confirmation, please contact our customer service team as something may have gone wrong. In order to help you efficiently, please include the following information:
Your name, email address, and payment method (PayPal, credit card, Amazon, etc.)
We use industry-standard SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption for all credit card information. Feel free to click on the security icons during the checkout process to verify that your information is safe.
1. Make sure that the code is being entered correctly. Try typing in the code instead of copying and pasting (depending on your browser this may be a problem).
2.Some codes are case sensitive, so be sure you are entering correctly
3. Confirm that you are logged into your customer account. Most of our codes are one-time use and will not be valid when entered as a guest.
4.Make sure that you are applying the code to the correct item as exclusions can sometimes apply.
5. Double-check the expiration date for the coupon code.
If you have tried all of these things and are still having trouble, please contact customer service prior to placing your order as we are typically unable to offer price adjustments once an order is submitted.
While in transit there are so many unknown variables that could cause your package to go missing. For this reason, we are offering our customers shipping insurance.
Shipping insurance will cover the cost of replacing your order and giving you peace of mind!
To avoid fraud or misuse, each case will be audited before the order is replaced. The order has to have the correct and valid shipping address which is input by the customer. If there is a typo or error in the address, the shipping insurance is nullified.
If your package is missing more than 3 days past delivery date you may request to use your shipping insurance by notifying our customer service team. To file a claim, you must provide your order number as well as a tracking number to email@example.com. Our customer service team will confirm your order and tracking number. If it is determined that your claim meets the criteria for a lost, stolen or damaged item, TeeFury will immediately create a replacement order. If your order contains an item that is no longer available, the customer can request a replacement for an item of equal or less value. Please note that standard processing times apply.
Insurance will only cover damaged packages or packages that do not make it to their final destination and can be confirmed lost or stolen or in “limbo” by postal tracking. All packages are shipped to the exact address that is provided by the customer (you) therefore once the package is delivered by the postal worker the package is considered delivered and fulfilled. Once the package is delivered and confirmed you can no longer claim for the order.
Shipping insurance is single-use and only applies to the order it was purchased with. It cannot be rolled over or used with any future or prior orders. The charge for $1.00 for domestic shipments and $2.00 for international shipments is nonrefundable and non-recurring.
We ship to most countries using a consolidated international service. This means shipping is pretty cheap but does take an average of 2-6 weeks to arrive (in addition to our standard 1-4 business day processing time frame) depending on the country you are in.
We do not collect customs duties or import taxes at the time of purchase. Please check all applicable customs laws to know your country's current tax rates.
At TeeFury, our items are printed to order (not printed in advance). The majority of our orders ship within 48 hours, but it can take up to 7 business days to print before shipping. Please be aware that orders placed after 5:00 P.M. PST will be processed the day after (won't be count until the next weekday).
Our estimated transit times for each shipping option are provided during checkout. This does not include the printing timeline indicated above. Transit times are based upon those provided by our carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS), but we cannot guarantee transit times.
We strive to get orders to our customers as quickly as possible. If your order is now past its 7th business day and is still processing, or if you have questions about your shipment status, please get in touch with our customer service team.
All of our Allover printed items are custom printed and made in California. They take around 10 business days to make and then they are shipped out to you directly. If you have a mixed order your items will be shipped separately.
Please keep in mind that international delivery may take 2-6 weeks.
If your order gets lost, it's a very sad day! We want to get this resolved for you as soon as possible. Please read on to know what the next steps are, depending on your situation:
- I'm an international customer and my order has not arrived. What's going on?
While our international shipments do offer door-to-door tracking visibility, there are instances when the local postal service takes receipt of the shipment but does not scan the shipment into their system or neglects to send updated tracking details back to the original tracking number. Do not fear - in most cases your package is in fact on its way! Average international delivery time is about 2 weeks once a package has been shipped, however, international delivery may take up to 6 weeks (to account for all possible delays such as customs processing, holidays, etc). If you have not received your package within 6 weeks from the date of your shipping notification, please contact our customer service team.
If you contact us prior to the 6-week mark, we will need to wait until the 6 weeks is up. If it has been more than 6 weeks since your ship date, please contact our customer service team.
- I'm a domestic customer and my tracking isn't updating. Is my package lost?
Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking to start updating after you've received your shipment notification. If it has been over 48 hours and the tracking number is still not updating, please contact our customer service team as there may have been a problem when your package was picked up by our shipping partner.
- My tracking shows "Delivered", but I didn't receive my order.
Occasionally the carrier will pre-mark a package as delivered once it has been loaded onto a truck for delivery in certain zip codes. We ask that you wait at least 24 hours after the package was marked delivered to see if it arrives. Be sure to check with your neighbors, housemates, family members, dogs, and garden gnomes to see if they happened to receive the package by mistake or on your behalf!
If the package does not turn up, please first contact the carrier (displayed in your shipment email) to see if they have any information.
For all the cases when you have not received your order, we need to be contacted within 60 days of the shipping date, if that does not happen we may not be able to follow up on your order for any information and a refund or replacement may not be issued.
When a package is marked returned to sender it can be for a number of reasons, most common being post office error. If this is the case, your package is now en-route back to our facility and it may take up to twice the length of the original shipping time to make it back to us. Once the package has been received and processed by a member of our team, you will be contacted to confirm your address and discuss our next steps.
We are not responsible if a package is lost or mis-delivered because incorrect/incomplete or old address information is provided on the order form. If the order was returned due to incorrect or incomplete information, or because you've moved, please be advised that you will be responsible for any applicable reshipping costs. In the event that you request a refund for the returned package, please be aware that your refund will not include the original shipping fees or any incurred from it being returned.
If the address is correct and the package was returned in error, please let us know so that we can have the order shipped back out to you (you will not be charged).
We utilize multiple shipping facilities and in order to get your items out to you as quickly as possible, your order may ship in multiple packages. You can view the number of shipments for each order on the Order Status page!
Generally, we cannot cancel or make changes to an order once it has been placed. This is because as soon as we receive your order, it is sent to our printers immediately to begin the production process and once that starts, it is difficult to make any changes or cancelations. If you need to change any details (sizes, address information, etc.) or cancel your order, please let us know as quickly as possible. Changes or cancelations to an order are time-sensitive and if we are able, we will do our best to accommodate but we are unable to guarantee the ability to help with your request once an order has begun processing.
We will do our best to make any requested changes, however, if we are unable to do so please be advised that cancellation may not be possible due to the custom-printed nature of each order.
Please keep in mind that we cannot make changes or cancel an order after it has been shipped, and our packages do not qualify for mail forwarding. We are not responsible for lost or mis-delivered packages if incorrect or old address information is provided on an order.

If the package's customs charges are not paid for, the order will likely be returned to us. We are unable to issue refunds for customs fees, shipping costs or the cost of the order should the fee not be paid. We’re generally looking for designs with broad appeal, original design execution, cultural relevance, or humor that is wearable. It may be that your design doesn’t meet these criteria, isn’t print-friendly, or references pop-culture characters too directly.
2.Please do not mock the design upon a tee. We just want to see your art. Please also include the High Res art file (Layered PSD, PNG or AI at 300 DPI).
3. Avoid using the garment color as part of the actual design. We provide multi-color options so it's best if your design works on a wide variety of colors. We print specialty inks when it makes sense for the design.
4. Using copyright or trademarks in your own work is discouraged by TeeFury. If you choose to do so, it must be in such a way that that is considered "fair use" or a way that qualifies as another permissible use. Be aware that "fair use" typically applies in limited circumstances and may result in TeeFury rejecting such art.

Yes! Any artist can submit art for the Allover printed collection. You must, however, make sure the file is a repeated pattern or that the art is large enough to cover a product. We recommend making sure your art is 40" x 40" if it is not a pattern.
You can submit these designs through the same process as always, go to the submit section of the site and follow the instructions there.

Direct To Garment (DTG) Printing allows us to offer more of your designs because we can offer small batch prints. Digital prints also have less limitation on color and can reproduce highly detailed work that may not screen print well.
TeeFury has a diligent art staff that is embedded in the pop culture tee space. This allows us to be familiar with a wide range of artists as well as knowledgeable about up and coming talent. In addition to this, there are red flags that we look out for when it comes to file type, file size, artwork rendering and much more. Most of all we talk to our artists if we are unsure! Usually, a conversation with the artist (or absence thereof) will tip us off as to whether an artist is legitimate or not.
Contact us immediately by clicking here and we will do everything in our power to make things right. Usually if a stolen design makes it through our vetting process it is because we are unfamiliar with the artist, but we'd still love to work with you and can usually just credit the correct artist and make sure that the actual artist is the one getting paid. If your design has been stolen and you don't want to work with us we will remove the design immediately and work together to resolve any outstanding orders or payments.
If you notice that a design is stolen please click here to reach out to us. It will be helpful for us if you have links to the original artist's work or some other form of proof that the design has been stolen. It's important to note that even though you may have seen the artwork elsewhere that does not automatically mean a design is stolen. Sometimes artists collaborate on pieces and are credited differently or license the design out for publication. Please only submit a ticket if you are certain that a design is stolen and you can verify this with proof.
